Partners, Drs. Steven Millman and Mark Librach, of Dentistry on Dundas established a yearly scholarship to commemorate their 10 years anniversary in 1999. This scholarship has been award since then to one student from our 7 area highschools.
The scholarship is awarded to the student(s) with the highest marks in math and sciences in the amount of $500 on the condition the student is registered into a University program in the proceeding year. This scholarship can be used towards the students registration fee or any books and materials they may need for their future studies.
A plaque has been set up in the schools to promote awareness of our community scholarship opportunity. That's $12,500 going towards our community students! |
