Day White ACP & Nite White ACP Whitening Systems At our office we offer our patients the convenience of Day White ACP and Nite White ACP take home Teeth Whitening Systems. This allows patients to whiten their teeth in the comfort of their own home, while they watch a movie, read a book or even while they sleep. The active whitening ingredient in Day White ACP and Nite White ACP is Carbamide Peroxide. The concentration of Carbamide Peroxide is available in three different levels depending on the type and severity of staining that your teeth may have. The ACP in their names refers to Amorphous Calcium Phosphate. This ingredient combined with Potassium Nitrate act to lower the occurrence of fadeback and sensitivity associated with teeth whitening. Day White ACP and Nite White ACP are both applied using custom fitted trays that we will provide for you. Both products are safe and extremely effective when used as directed. Nite White ACP, as its name suggests is used overnight while you sleep. Optimal results are achieved between 7-10 days. For those who prefer a day time option, Day White ACP is worn for 15 minutes to 30 minutes, twice per day depending on the concentration of the whitening gel and the level of whitening you would like to achieve.
