Milana
Scheduling Co-ordinator
Milana has been with Dentistry on Dundas since 2002 and came to our office with over 5 years experience. She is a graduate of the Durham College Business Administration program and is a certified Dental Receptionist with the Ontario Dental Association. She is responsible for all our Dentists schedules. She is also responsible to take care of our annual Denise House donation. |
Connie
Communications & Treatment Coordinator
Connie has been with Dentistry on Dundas since July 1997. She came to Dentistry on Dundas with over 9 years experience in dental office administration.
Connie is responsible to acquaint all new patients to our office. She is also highly experienced in explaining treatment recommendations or options, handling insurance estimates for patients and creating comfortable financial arrangements for treatments.
Something you may not know about Connie is she is a HART, Highland Animal Relief Team, volunteer. She manages all their internet exposure through a blog, facebook page and web site. She likes to spend her spare time, running, reading, listening to music and watching movies.
She has also completed a 5 program course at Durham College and has aquired her Adult Teaching and Training Certificate in 2011. |
Nicole
Practice Manager
Nicole is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dental office. She is a key player in our dental team and we greatly depend on her. Nicole has been with Dentistry on Dundas since January 1987 with a previous 3 years experience in dental administration. Nicole is also fluent in French. |
Paula
Accounts Manager
Paula has been with Dentistry On Dundas for the past 15 years and brings another 15 years of Assisting and Administrative experience with her.
Paula resides in Whitby and is married with two teenage boys that keep her busy taxing them to hockey arenas. In her free time she enjoys playing baseball, horseback riding and weekends at the cottage.

Amy
Administrative Assistant
Amy graduated from the Dental Reception and Administration program at Durham College June 2009.
Amy currently resides in Ajax. During her spare time she enjoys watching movies, reading books and going camping. During her Christmas holidays she plans on spending time with family and friends, and a trip to the States for new years!
She is a wonderful addition to our administration staff and will greet you with smile at your next appointment.

Victoria
Hygiene Coordinator
Victoria started in January 2009 as the Clinical Coordinator, taking on the responsibilities of assisting the Clinical staff in their operatory clean-up to help overall efficiency. In October 2009 she joined the Administrative Staff as the Hygiene Coordinator.
In the summer months she enjoys playing soccer which she has been doing for 15 years. She also enjoys spending time at the cottage with all the boating, bonfires, and swimming. And in the winter months she goes snowboarding.

Joan
Dental Assistant to Dr. Librach

Joan graduated from Career Canada College for dental assisting and Harp certification in 1988. She has been an assistant to Dr. Librach since 1990.
Many long standing patients know Joan very well as she builds wonderful long term relationships with them. Her friendly disposition with patients makes them feel comfortable and right at home.
Joan is starting her 21st year working with Dr. Librach and after living in Whitby for those many years she has now moved to the country with her husband.
She loves to spend her spare time with her husband and her dog Toby. |
Stephanie
Dental Assistant to Dr. Millman

Stephanie graduated from the Ontario Business College In Dental Assisting in 1996. She started with Dentistry on Dundas in August 2001. In 2003, she obtained her Level II Assisting Diploma with honours. Stephanie assists Dr. Millman. |
Melanie
Assisting Dr. Levy and Dr. Chen

Melanie graduated from Trillium College in June 2003 with her Dental Assisting Diploma. She joined the Dentistry on Dundas Team in October 2003.
She has since upgraded to her Level II Dental Assisting certificate in 2006. She primarily assists in surgical procedures in the office assisting our Periodontist and our Oral Surgeon.
In her spare time she enjoys crocheting, bowling in a league and taking her two boys to play in various sports. |
Dawn
Assisting Dr. Lanys and Dr. Gollann

Dawn graduated from Trillium College from Level II Dental Assisting in 2007 and joined Dentistry On Dundas July 2011.
She has very active 8 year old son who is quite the athlete, keeping her and her husband very busy with Rep hockey in the winter and soccer in the summer. Her two dogs also keep them very active.
In her spare time she likes to travel to warmer destinations in the cold winter months, and cottage in the summer. |
Amy
Dental Assistant to Dr. Gollan and Dr. Skenderis
Amy is the newest addition to our team. She recently moved here from Edmonton Alberta, where she attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
She graduated in June of 2009 with her dental assisting diploma.
Amy recently bought a new house in Oshawa and is enjoying getting settled.
Amy is presently on maternity leave.

Pam
Clinical Coordinator

In order to provide our patients with better service we have brought in Pam to oversee the flow of the clinical operatories.
She is responsible to assist clinical staff in turnover of their operatories to help our overall efficiency. Pam joined the Dentistry on Dundas team in February 2008.
She recently got married in 2010 and has a beautiful baby boy. She enjoys reading, baking and spending time with her family.

Rose
Assisting Dr. Rapp, Dr. Lerner and Dr. Garisto

Rose graduated from CDI College in June 2003 with her Level II Dental Assisting Diploma with Honours. She joined the Dentistry on Dundas team in December 2010. She is quite diversified in her job, assisting our root canal specialist Dr. Rapp, our sedation specialist Dr. Garisto and Dr. Lerner our general dentist.
When she is not busy at our office she enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage children. Her family has a passion for exploring caves and has visited the famous Ruby Fall in Tennessee, the Luray Caverns in Virgina and recently the caves in Tobermory.
She also loves spending time with friends and family at the cottage, enjoys gardening, dancing and travelling. |

Our team of hygienists are all involved in a self-initiated discussion group called "Dentistry on Dundas hygiene study club". They meet 6 times a year to discuss current topics and remain up to date on the latest procedures.

Hygienist
A graduate of Durham College's Dental Hygiene program, Liz is a familiar face
at Dentistry on Dundas. She has been a Dental Hygienist here since 1990. She
lives in Brooklin with her husband and young son.
I've been very fortunate to visit Spain, England and France within the last year.
I'm a bit of a history geek! I especially like to read French and English 18th century
Biographies. If that doesn't make me sound too dull, I also enjoy skydiving! (just kidding). |
Peggy Ann
Hygienist
Peggy Ann graduated from Durham College in 1986 with an Honours Diploma in the Dental Hygiene Program and started at Dentistry on Dundas in 1988. She enrolled in the Adult Teaching Certificate Course at Durham College and will be graduating July 2010. Additional to her practicing dental hygiene here at Dentistry on Dundas she is a part-time Professor in the Dental Programs at Durham College. "I am extremely proud of the Dental Hygiene Department at Dentistry on Dundas and believe strongly that it provides the highest quality of Dental Hygiene Care", says Peggy Ann.
For fun, in between her studies and working 2 jobs, she finds time to enjoy golfing, cooking and stretching her muscles in regular yoga classes. Family time is also extremely important to her as she carts her two teenage daughters to dance classes and deals with the 'drama' of teenagers.

Cathy
Hygienist
Cathy has enjoyed being in dental hygiene practice since 1984. She has experience in public health dentistry, general dentistry and periodontics. She has enjoyed working at Dentistry on Dundas with our periodontist, Dr. Dana Levy since 1998.
Cathy lives in Oshawa with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys gardening, reading, yoga, downhill skiing, biking around her neighbourhood and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys travelling and recently spent a fabulous week in Paris. |
Rebecca
Hygienist
Rebecca graduated with presidential and academic honours from Durham College in 2006 while also receiving the Golden Scaler Award for her clinical work. She started at Dentistry on Dundas in July 2006 and brought over eight years of dental experience with her. Rebecca's cheerful attitude and light touch will make your dental visit a positive and pleasant experience.
Rebecca and her husband recently just finished building and moving into their dream home in Brooklin. They have a 23 month-old son and 6 week-old daughter who keep them on their toes! They also have two very vocal and beautiful siamese cats, Kali and Asia.

Hygienist
Polly graduated from Durham College in May of 2006 with presidential and academic honours. Polly brings with her a gentle and compassionate approach to dental treatment with a strong focus on prevention and education. Polly has been with Dentistry on Dundas since February 2008.
Polly lives with her husband and three children in Oshawa. She has two boys, 7 and 3, and a new baby girl. Her family enjoys spending a lot of time doing outdoor activities liking hiking, biking, and snowboarding. From spring to fall they like to take their travel trailer all over Ontario, visiting as many provincial parks as they can. |
Danielle
Hygienist
Danielle started working at Dentistry on Dundas in 2005 as a receptionist with 7 years of experience in the dental field. She then moved to the position of Hygiene Coordinator. In 2007 she decided to return to school to become a Dental Hygienist, which is a perfect fit for her. We were so pleased to welcome her back to our office as a Dental Hygienist in September of 2010.
